A successful executive (and then entrepreneur) for the past 15 years that helped build two sales teams that produced $50M+ in annual revenue. A third sales team started at very little revenue and grew to nearly $10M annually in less than three years.
I’ve partnered with equity firms like Frist Cressey Ventures, Heritage Group Partners, Tao Capital, New State Capital, and Shore Capital.
Then, in 2018, I walked away.
So, I left a high-paying executive job at a hyper-growth startup in Nashville to work for myself…on a farm in Kentucky.
I completely redesigned my life around family, time and optionality.
My wife, two kids and I live a slower pace of life and I spend most Fridays outside. Now I coach, consult and advise sales leaders.
In 2019 I published my book, Revenue Harvest: A Sales Leaders Almanac For Planning The Perfect Year.
Now, I coach entrepreneurs and sales leaders in my 1:1 coaching program.
I serve on the board of advisors for five healthcare companies: Relode, AffirmHealth, CaredFor, Darvis and Move U.
I also write a column for Entrepreneur Magazine.
